Grade©® Tracker is the module that allows the user to query the default tracking database. The default tracking database is the database that Grade©® uses to track the results of testcase execution and the requirements that are associated to these testcases.
For default tracking to work effectively, you must have, a priori, used the Grade©® Planner to document the requirements associated with a testsuite. In that case, you are expected to specify a keyword for each section that corresponds to a requirement. The requirement keyword is required because it is subsequently traced when the given testsuite is run.
Grade©® Tracker can also be used as a general database viewer. When in test mode, it is used to test user-defined database schemas, allowing the user to automatically generate test data for SQL queries.
Grade©® Tracker allows the user to retrieve information without having to issue explicit SQL queries, just by clicking on HTML links in the browser (SQL Link Traversal ©®).
